Вступление
В мае выложены открытые образцы вариантов КИМ ЕГЭ 2023 по каждому предмету, включая ЕГЭ по английскому языку. В статье “Разбор открытого варианта ЕГЭ 2023. Задания устной части” предлагаем разбор и образцы выполнения заданий устной части экзамена.
Задание 1
Единственное слово, которое может вызвать вопросы при чтении:

Do you know any outstanding Russian sportsmen? What are they famous for?
As I’m interested in figure skating I know some well-known figure skaters. For example: Irina Rodnina, Evgenyi Pluschenko, Alina Zagitova, Evgeniya Medvedeva. All these sportsmen are famous for their achievements in sports, they were European, World and Olympic champions, they made great contributions to the development of figure skating in the world.
How are children encouraged to do sports in Russian schools?
First of all, schoolchildren have Physical Education as a subject in the school curriculum, they attend such lessons three times a week. Secondly, there are also a lot of sports competitions held annually in each school. School children pass special examinations to have signs of distinction in sports. They participate in PE Olympiad where they demonstrate both their knowledge on the subject and physical abilities. Moreover, there are a lot of sports clubs in schools arranged as a part of extracurricular activities. Lastly, children from different schools compete in city, regional and Russian sports activities, events and festivals dedicated to special occasions.

What sports event have you participated in? What are your impressions about it?
I have participated in swimming. First I felt fear, anxiety, then, bit by bit, I began to feel confidence and eventually I felt satisfaction though I was not a winner. It was the atmosphere of competition for being the fastest, the strongest which impressed me most. So, the impressions were and are of great expectations and hope every time before any sports events and complete satisfaction after them.
Do you prefer to watch sports events on TV or live? Why?
I prefer live sports events to watching them on TV. This way I can feel the excitement, the rapport of the atmosphere.
What sport would you like to take up in the future?
I would like to go in for running. I can do it every day. I won’t need any special equipment for doing it. It is possible to run in any season, you don’t need to find a place to do it. It will allow you to stay healthy for many years.

Hello, Ann. I’ve found two pictures to illustrate our project “Communication”. I’m sending a voice message to you to know your opinion about them.
In the first picture there is a young woman who is somewhere in the street and she is speaking on the phone. Picture 2 shows a young couple walking outside and talking to each other. I’m sure the shots will suit our project in a perfect way as they depict different kinds of communication: on the telephone as it is shown in picture 1 and face to face communication presented in picture 2. The snaps differ not only in the way how people are talking but also in the number of people conversing: the girl speaking on the mobile phone is alone while there are two young people talking face to face.
Both ways of communication have their pros. When one person speaks with another in real life responses are immediate, such a conversation allows reading of body or verbal language. A twist of the lips, a frown on the forehead, a contraction of the facial muscles help one to guess what will take place next. It often happens that answers given even before questions asked. Eye contact matters a lot as well. Mobile phones come to the rescue when a man wants to send an urgent voice message or swiftly inform another person on something. Any person can do it at any time in any place having a gadget at hand.
However, any coin has not only the obverse but the reverse as well. The disadvantage of real talks is that the one you would like to speak with is too far from you or he/she can’t find the appropriate time for meeting. The drawback of using phones is that they can be discharged at the moment you would like to call.
As for me I prefer face to face to digital phone communication since I’m sure that it enhances productivity, builds trust and transparency.

Снимки отличаются не только тем, как люди говорят, но и в количестве людей, разговаривающих: девушка, говорящая по мобильному телефону, одна, в то время как двое молодых людей говорят вдвоем.
Оба способа общения имеют свои плюсы. Когда один человек говорит с другим в реальной жизни, реакция незамедлительна, такой разговор в реальности позволяет читать язык тела или вербальный язык. Поворот губ, хмурый взгляд на лоб, сокращение лицевых мышц помогают угадать, что произойдет дальше. Часто бывает, что ответы даются еще до того как заданы вопросы. Зрительный контакт тоже имеет большое значение. Мобильные телефоны приходят на помощь, когда человек хочет отправить срочное голосовое сообщение или быстро сообщить другому человеку о чем-то. Любой человек может сделать это в любое время в любом месте, имея гаджет под рукой.
Однако, любая монета имеет не только лицевую, но и обратную сторону. Недостатком реальных переговоров является то, что тот, с кем вы хотели бы поговорить, находится слишком далеко от вас или он/она не может найти подходящего времени для встречи. Недостаток использования телефонов в том, что они могут быть разряжены в момент, когда вы хотели бы позвонить.
Что касается меня, то я предпочитаю общаться лицом к лицу, а не телефонную связь, поскольку я уверен, что реальная беседа продуктивнее, она укрепляет доверие и прозрачна.
